I’ve been looking into a reseller account because of the volume of work that is coming through the design and SEO side of things for me.  As always Bluehost Low Cost Web Hosting was my first port of call.  And as always, they didn’t disappoint.  They have some great packages and a friendly sales and tech team.

Bluehost Support Does It Again!

Bluehost support has down it again.  They are amazing!  I had a small issue with the free WordPress feature that comes with the Bluehost account and thought I’d drop a quick note to tech support at Bluehost.  Now the tech support guys at Bluehost aren’t really supposed to help, because Word Press has nothing to do with them, but as per usual, they had a quick look and gave me the solution in no time.

Now that is what you call service from a low cost web hosting company!! Thank you Bluehost - you are great!

Technical and customer support needs to be 365 days a year 24 hours a day.  After all, today’s low cost web hosting providers literally host websites from every country in the world, therefore they are likely to have questions and issues arise at any hour of the day.  Bluehost low cost web hosting have always been there whenever I have need to contact them.
